Impressions of my day

So yummy: Pretzel with sugar pearls/ Steal of the week: Super cute sun glasses from H&M for about 5 bucks/ Reorganizing the space next to my make-up table so I can display some of my favorite girly things/ I love how my favorite jeans (almost) has my name, I found the tag in my drawer today and smiled/ New home for some of my earstuds: really cute wooden box

I am Woman!

Makes me want to grab my ladies and go karaoke singing! Well, maybe one of the next weekends;)

Party it, ladies

Some things never get old, like spending the night in watching movies and the getting songs to said movie stuck in your head, so you find yourself dancing to it all day long the next day;) Well, we all know which movie this is from, right? So, then get off the couch and bring it on girls, party it up!

Oreo Pralinés

 What you need? A pack of Oreos, 375g Cream cheese, 400g white chocolate

love to unwrap those

Smash the Oreos to pieces: Goodbye:(

                                                        Now add the cream cheese

form the mix to little balls and store them in the fridge for about 30 minutes

then, melt the chocolate

cover the little balls in chocolate

leave them in the fridge over night

And finally: Enjoy!

I am not into cooking or baking a lot, actually I love to quote Carrie at times when I am asked to cook who said: I am more Coco Chanel than Coq au vin! But I simply had share these amazing sweets with you lovelies!

Well, honestly these do not need further explanation, do they? They are all cute and express what we love most about the famous NYC-Quartett:)
I stumbled across this book when searching for some reading for my trip (I will tell you more about it later) in two weeks at my local library. And even though I am not usually a fan of such kind of books I looked at it and found these pictures so adorable I needed to share some! So here you go, hope you enjoy them as much as I have!

The Frieda Bag

The Carrie Diaries/ Close-ups/ Full view of the clutch

Have you read The Carrie Diaries? While this prequel novel focuses mostly on how our beloved Carrie came to our equally beloved NYC, it also gives some insights on her progressing of fashion understanding. One main accessoire in this shaping process is a bag from her mother, unfortunatly she spills some nail polish on it (readying herself for a date). While most of us would have just taken another nice bag, Carrie is convinved she needs this particular bag and therefore eagerly searches for a solution. Because she cannot get the nail polish off the bag she just uses some more nail polish to make the bag looked splattered and then puts her name on it. It now is the Carrie bag:)
While reading the novel I decided it would be nice to use this idea on one of my bags as well. So, I dug out this old clutch, which I haven´t been using lately, and used some nail polish to give it a new look. It now can be looked at as the Frieda bag! Oh, how much I like the idea of having a bag named after myself! That would be great fun!
